Aged for 7 years and bottled at 94-proof, it is released after Passover each year. The bourbon features sweet wheat, warm vanilla and cinnamon notes, dark honey, apple, and peach flavors, citrus and clove notes, candied apricot and apple, and cocoa flavors.
