Wild Turkey Kentucky Spirit Single Barrel Bourbon, the second single-barrel bourbon to hit the market after Blanton’s in 1994, is crafted from hand-selected barrels by master distillers Jimmy and Eddie Russell. Made from a NAS bourbon with a mash bill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley, it has a 101 proof barrel strength. The nose features a blend of spiced rye, cinnamon, caramel, wild honey, tobacco smoke, and citrus, while the tongue is characterized by warm rye spice, crushed tobacco, leather, and hints of pecans, honey, and caramel-slathered oak.
