Description
The Macallan has launched the Harmony Collection Rich Cacao, a limited edition single malt scotch whisky, in 2021. The collaboration with pastry chef Jordi Roca, the whisky is designed to pair with fine chocolates and is crafted from sherry-seasoned European and American oak casks. The gift box is made from discarded cacao pod husks and is 100% recyclable. The whisky is a homage to the cacao plant and tells a unique story from inception to the final product.
