Tasting Notes

Nose: Nice bright and fruity sweetness that gets an interesting spice kick through the Rye. Apples, toffee, but also a floral note come to the fore. The alcohol is well integrated.

Taste: The Rye comes through noticeably, without dominating, in addition a little fruit, beautiful sweetness and some oak spices (ginger and cloves)
