Description
Balanvie, a traditional Scottish distillery, uses a unique malting floor and owns its own barley. The distillery’s coppersmith maintains stills, and a team of coopers ensures perfect condition. Malt Master David Stewart oversees the maturation process, aiming to improve each drop. The Tun 1509, a follow-up to the popular Tun 1401, uses a larger marrying tun and 32 casks, including American oak and European oak Sherry, to create a deep, rich, and luxurious dram.
