The House of Suntory has launched the reformulated Yamazaki 25 Single Malt Whisky, honoring the birthplace of Japanese whisky. Blended from rare whiskies aged over 25 years, it is deep, complex, and multi-layered with fruit and Mizunara notes. Fifth-generation Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo has returned to the roots of Yamazaki Single Malt, which is quintessentially Yamazaki. The reformulated Yamazaki 25 is part of a series of other whiskies aged in American, Spanish, and Japanese Mizunara oak.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Dried cherry, sultanas, tomato puree, balsamic vinegar and walnut.

Taste: Marmalade, coffee, cocoa with almond.

Finish: Deep and rich.
