Description
Torii distillery, inspired by Scottish whisky, uses a unique Japanese approach to create a unique style of whiskey. Located on the periphery of Kyoto, the region’s diverse temperature conditions create perfect conditions for cask aging, known as “Suntory Maturation.”
The distillery’s blended collection, Hibiki, offers a harmonious blend of malt and grain whiskies, creating beautiful flavors and aromas. The 17-Year-Old, winner of a Gold at the International Spirits Challenge, is a light, sweet, and fruity sip perfect for summer evenings.
