Midleton Barry Crockett Legacy is a pot still whiskey from Midleton, renowned for its elegant and fragrant flavors. Launched in 2011, it is part of a selection of pot still whiskeys, matured in only American bourbon barrels, with a small contribution from an unseasoned American barrel. Bottled at 46% abv, it is presented in a stunning wooden box.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Soft, sweet notes of barley, floral honey, rosemary, citrus, cut hay, Summer meadows and toffee apples.
Taste: Sweet tobacco leaves and ceda, sugared peels, toffee, honey softness, vanilla and boiled sweets.
Finish: Very creamy and vanilla-rich, cinnamon and a little pear drop on the tail.
