The nose features sweet cottage cheese, chocolate, smoke, aged tobacco, and old-fashioned candies, while the tongue is filled with cherry pie filling, cordial, cola candies, vanilla, and caramel, seasoned with cloves and black pepper. Bottled at 40% ABV, this unique rye offers a taste of classic flavors and nuanced aging.
