Description
In 1999, Glenmorangie’s Master of Whiskey Creation, Dr. Bill Lumsden, re-aged their 1981 single malt in Sauternes casks from Chateau d’Yquem vineyards. After a decade in these casks, the Pride Chateau d’Yquem Cask Finish 28 Year Old Single Malt was ready. Encased in a Baccarat Crystal decanter and an oak gift case, it won the “Highland Single Malt of the Year” award from Whisky Advocate in 2013. This classic is a must-try.
