Description
Colonel E. H. Taylor’s Tornado Surviving Bourbon is a unique and surreal bourbon that survived a tornado in Central Kentucky. The storm damaged two Buffalo Trace Distillery warehouses and exposed aging bourbon barrels to the elements. After months of waiting, the barrels were tasted, and it was discovered that the elements created a flavorful bourbon from this special batch. Although the distillery doesn’t wish for another tornado, it celebrates the Colonel E.H. Taylor Warehouse C Tornado Surviving Bourbon as a once-in-a-lifetime batch.

Taste: A small sip fills the mouth with flavors of jam-like fruit, vanilla and a touch of smoke.
Finish: The finish quickly builds in dark spices with hints of tobacco leaving a lasting final impression of this bourbon.
