Colonel E. H. Taylor’s ‘Warehouse C’ is a 100-proof, flood-proof, tornado-proof, and odds-defying bourbon. Aged for 10 years, it is a limited edition release from Buffalo Trace’s Taylor silo. The bourbon is shaped by the sunny conditions of Warehouse C, with hues of cherry cola, vanilla, and anise mixed with subtle hints of raisin, coffee, and oak.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Cherry and rhubarb, vanilla with some hints of molasses and caramel, lingering oak and rum raisin

Taste: Cherry cola and sweet sugar, toasted oak and cereal with strong vanilla essence

Finish: Coffee, anise and faint spice, a lingering and luxurious mouthfeel.
