Description
The Bowmore Timeless Series 27 year old Single Malt Scotch is a blend of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casked bourbons aged for 15 years and finished in ex-Oloroso sherry butts for another 12 years. This whiskey has an auburn hue and is crafted from the smoky sweet river Laggan, layered in bitter limestone and sandstone hills. The aroma is reminiscent of autumn leaves, baked plums, honeycomb, and bee’s wax. The palate is coated in hints of sultana, honey, roasted chestnuts, and aged tobacco smoke. Only 3,000 bottles were sold worldwide, making it an incredibly coveted addition to any premium whisky collection.
