Description
Booker’s bourbon, an 8-year-old bottled at cask strength, is a subsidiary of Jim Beam, named after former master distiller Booker Noe. The brand is produced exclusively at the Boston Road plant, now known as the Booker Noe distillery. Launched in 1992, it is part of the Jim Beam Small Batch collection, alongside Baker’s, Knob Creek, and Basil Hayden. Aged for 7 years and 4 months, Booker’s is a must-try for any whiskey enthusiast.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Dry cedar, oak, vanilla, and dark caramel.
Taste: Pepper and rye, rich caramel, vanilla, dried golden fruits, barrel char, and bitter orange.
Finish: Long, caramelized nuts, and some rasiny oak.
