Booker’s Small Batch Collection produces crafted straight bourbon whiskey with flavor, finish, and detailed barrelling. The 2019-02 Shiny Barrel Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a prime example of this methodology, using barrels from two production dates sourced from the centermost floors of three warehouses. The term “Shiny Barrel” was coined to indicate the most premium, tasty juices within aging barrels. The whiskey is finished to 62% ABV and contains distillate age from at least 6 years, 5 months, and 1 day.
