Booker’s Small Batch Collection No. 2019-01 Teresa’s Batch Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a tribute to Teresa Wittemer, a long-time Noe family friend and employee. The distillate is sourced from barrels with three production dates and is bottled at 62.95% ABV. Made from a 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley mash bill, the whiskey is aged for at least 6 years, 3 months, and 1 day. The palate offers aromas of caramel, vanilla, and brown sugar, with hints of spice, toasted chestnuts, and caramel.
