Booker’s Little Book, an annual release of premium quality bourbon from Jim Beam Distillery, features a unique blend of whiskeys. Chapter 5 ‘The Invitation’, released in August 2021, is a mature barrel strength of 116.8 proof. Made from 2, 5, and 15 year old bourbon and 3 year old malted rye, it is classified as NAS bourbon finished in new charred oak casks. The nose features caramelized hay, graham, honey, and roasted nuts, while the palate features copper pennies, herbs, leather, oak, and vanilla.
