Booker’s Small Batch Collection 2020-03 ‘Pigskin’ Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon is a highly collectible and rare premium whiskey. Aged for 6 years, 7 months, and 7 days, it is made from a mash bill containing 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley. The series continues by combining barrels from different production dates and warehouses, including 6th floor/7 story warehouse L, 15th floor/9 story warehouse H, 27% 5th floor/7 story warehouse M, 32% 4th floor/7 story warehouse X, and 12% 5th floor/7 story warehouse Z. Released in December 2020, Pigskin Batch 2020-03 is offered in limited quantities, continuing Booker’s tradition of highly esteemed, must-have bourbon.
