Wild Turkey Diamond Anniversary is a commemorative bottling of select bourbon whisky celebrating the 60-year relationship between Master Distiller Jimmy Russell and Wild Turkey. Russell Sr. hand-selected 13-16 year-old barrels, blended them, and bottled at 91 proof. The NAS whiskey, released in August 2014, is made from 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley. The nose features warm alcohol, vintage wood, and smoky caramel, while the palate is dry with smoked tobacco, leather, and spice.
