The Booker’s Small Batch Collection No. 2015-03 The Center Cut Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a limited-edition, collectible bourbon chosen by Fred Noe and Booker’s Bourbon Roundtable. Made from a mash bill containing 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley, it is aged for at least 7 years and bottled at 63.6% ABV. The curated whiskey has aromas of caramel, roasted grain, oak, vanilla, and cream banana pudding, with a palate of spice, aged oak, herbs, caramel, and old-fashioned vanilla taffy candies.
