Old Forester Single Barrel barrel strength bourbon is an enhanced version of the 2019 discontinuation Old Forester 90 Proof single barrel. Finished to varying barrel strengths, it is made from 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley. This ongoing release from Brown-Forman Shively Distillery features softly-hued aromatics of cherries, medicinal syrup, crisp granny smith apples, and torched sugar. The palate features boldly toasted pecans, oak planks, black cherries, and vintage leather strips.
