Description
The Jim Beam Lineage Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, a rare and collectible collaboration between Fred and Freddie Now, was released in 2021 for the travel-retail market. Originally distilled in 2004, the whiskey was matured for 15 years in new charred white oak barrels. The 2021 Lineage Bourbon is bottled at 55.5% ABV and features aromas of oak, roasted nuts, cinnamon, spice, dark fruits, and vanilla. Its taste is characterized by hazelnuts, vanilla cream, custard, and pepper, with layers of old-fashioned peanut brittle and herbal anise.
