Matured for 25 years in ex-sherry casks, it is bottled at 43% ABV. The bottle is sealed with a Mizuhiki knot, symbolizing the joining of hands and heart. The nose features sweet fruits, summer strawberries, and pears, while the palate offers layers of aged wood, soft fruits, quince, roasted nuts, herbs, and hints of cocoa.
